Whānau 

I’m incredibly grateful for my immediate family and the life we have together.

Anyone who knows us will know how important our family unit is to us and how well it functions most of the time. It’s strangely heartening to know that I can function honourably within my family because it’s something I have always seriously doubted would ever be possible for me.

Almost twenty-six years now, so maybe it’s time to just accept that I’ve done it all quite well.
