Went for a walk for the first time since two days before the lockdown.
Apparently it’s Sunday.

We saw a nice friendly man who said ‘hullo’ who kept his distance, terrified of my stick and my angry face (not really). He was taking his small ginger puppy for a walk. He was very patient with the puppy who, impressively, ignored every human instruction.

Many houses had bears in the windows in honour of the bear hunt. Some not very switched on people missed the point entirely and we saw a Mickey Mouse, a cat, Oscar the Grouch, and a camel. This was most disappointing. How hard is it to find a bear, really?
We also saw an elderly Chinese lady with a large black purse and a mask. I asked her if she thought she was the Lone Stranger but she didn’t reply (I didn’t ask that, of course).

It was a nice walk but, seeing others, my heart did speed up a bit as, maybe, their’s did on seeing us. I get that. I am scary with my stick, and Cushla’s scary anyway.
Finn stayed home to guard his laptop. ‘The Pokémon are especially unpredictable during lockdown’ he said.
